A bit about the job:
Aviva Connect is the platform used by Intermediaries to service their clients and do business with Aviva. It has apps covering Life, GI and Heath business areas and is built on the latest version of Aviva's Digital Web Framework and uses agile deployment and test processes that allow us to deploy change to production every two weeks.

The purpose of this role is to work with the platform test manager and the Connect test team to deliver testing of the large portfolio of change planned for the platform over the next few years. You will be accountable for estimating, planning, and coordinating testing both within Connect and in other teams for projects that are in flight as well as assisting with day-to-day platform testing and contributing to test process improvements.

Aviva uses "smart-working", and the person in this role will be based at our Norwich office.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Experience of testing and test management
  • Experience of working within IT project teams
  • Knowledge of web-based application testing
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to work on multiple workstreams at once
