We are currently recruiting for an IT Service Manager to work as part of a team providing service management assurance that drives continual improvement to our customers delight. This role could be ideal for you, if you have experience and a passion for managing digital and data services. You will also have the chance to influence Aviva's digital agenda.

A bit about the job:
As an IT Service Manager, you will deliver operational service performance across a range of applications and IT services. Your primary focus will be to drive on-going service improvements, ensuring these are led by accurate service reporting and monitoring. You will build a strong relationship with colleagues who are all led by the purpose of providing a brilliant digital customer experience.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Experience with managing IT and security services
  • Good experience with management of service performance
  • Experience with and comfortable with building positive working relationships with stakeholders be able to influence decision making.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at different levels
  • Good level of experience with producing MI and reporting on day to day delivery of IT and security services and performance against the operational needs of the business

  • Salary between £58,000 - £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
