Your new company
Hays are working with a large public sector organisation based in Belfast with a presence across Northern Ireland whose estate ranges in age and type, mostly commercial or industrial. This role is to support the estates department with implementation and upgrades of systems on all property assets.

Your new role
This is a temporary position for an initial period of 6 to 9 months with the likelihood that the role will be advertised permanently. The System Coordinator will provide support in the implementation and upgrades of systems by asset data collection, analysis, reporting and configuration of system. The Systems Coordinator will also be responsible for the day to day maintenance of a range of information management systems to support the department. The main duties will include:
  • Manage the ongoing integrity of Computerised Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System comprising of Concept Evolution and multiple interfaces with other systems.
  • Support the Design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of new systems to meet new business needs and changing technology in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Property Department in establishing fit for purpose systems that conform with policy and standards.
  • Develop and populate Asset Management databases including Concept and the cloud-based Data Warehouse
  • Produce status / compliance reports to ensure business benefits are met.
  • Support and coordinate the ongoing development of the CAFM system to achieve optimum implementation within Property & Estates.
  • Undertake planned and regular monitoring, evaluation and verification of systems to ensure data integrity and focused training.
  • Ensure that there are robust processes for specification development, testing, verification and implementation of system changes.

What you'll need to succeed
To be eligible for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:
A minimum of HNC qualification in Engineering, ICT, Business or another relevant subject.
AND
2 years' experience in supporting a range of IT applications or systems.
With experience in processing large volumes of data.
Experience in Concept Evolution or a similar CAFM system would be desirable but not essential.

The salary range for this position is c. £23,000 - £25,000 pro rata
34 days paid annual leave
37 hours per week Monday to Friday
Weekly pay every Friday morning via BACS
