Information Security Manager (GRC)

Barclay Simpson Security is partnering with a rapidly growing data-driven technology business looking for an Information Security Manager to report to the CISO and join the leadership team.
As the Information Security Manager (GRC), you will be responsible for the firms information security Risk management, security audit and accreditation process within the firm.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced GRC manager who has experience developing and supporting a team that needs to cover multiple business units and different geographies.
You will attract, retain, and lead a team of employees by educating, developing and managing them to deliver strong results.

About you?

• Significant and demonstrable experience in Information Security compliance.
• A proven track record delivering information security following the requirements of information security standards, including ISO27001, SOC 2, NIST and PCI DSS
• Experience developing and implementing practical information security policies, processes procedures, and standards
• A wealth of experience managing and maintaining a comprehensive Information Security Risk framework
• Experience of CLOUD Risk and Third-party risk management
• Experience in attracting, retaining and leading a team of employees by educating, developing and managing them to deliver strong results
• Experience of working in a Data-driven, Technology business would be desirable

Location: City of London
Hybrid working policy, likely to be in the office three days a week on average

Salary Compensation: up to £90,000 base salary
