Job Details

We are currently seeking 6 x Skilled Fitters to join our Operations Department within our HS Marston facility in Wolverhampton.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand and interpret Engineering Drawings
  • Adhere to Technical Specifications
  • Assemble & test product
  • Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety requirements
  • Behave ethically at all times
  • Identify & contribute to Continuous Improvement activities
  • Support ACE activities (5s, TPM, Turnbacks, Clinics)
  • Maintain LOT Traceability
Skills / Qualifications:
  • City & Guilds or equivalent in Sheet Metal Work
  • Experience in hand fabrication
  • Minimal PC experience (to access drawings / labour collection)
  • Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing would be an advantage
  • Must be able to work within a team environment
  • Willingness to be Flexible and Adaptable
  • Good Communication Skills
