Your new role
The Lead Systems Administrators will work within the Technical Systems Team, providing expertise and guidance across the business on processes and best practices. They will also research new technologies which enable the business teams to be work more effectively.
Your primary responsibilities would include an oversight of, as well as hands-on, configuring, monitoring, improving, and troubleshooting the client's technical environment on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for designing and implementing business improvements through the use and development of platforms, tools and systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, within a professional environment.
- Ability to understand and analyse complex business requirements.
- Experience in future planning and technology roadmaps.
- A highly organised individual with an ability to make sound decisions
- Able to manage own workload and time efficiently and work under pressure. Uses initiative and ability to work unsupervised.
- Understanding the need to plan in advance and think through the potential complications whilst identifying appropriate solutions to problems and acting accordingly.
- Able to technically lead and guide team members both technically and strategically with experience of directing others to undertake tasks.
- Be able to analyse complex business requirements, propose possible solutions and make recommendations.
- Have experience of leadership and staff development in matrix management environments, in a technical/support team environment.
- Experience of checking progress against targets, reporting as necessary and taking action to resolve exceptions.
What you'll get in return
A salary of £40,000-£45,000
