Your new company
You will be joining an organisation in the manufacturing industry which is headquartered in Oxford. The company specialises in supplying unique products to its international customer base and has an excellent record of delivering high-quality solutions in the manufacturing area. Currently, the business has around 150 staff across 3 locations, so you will be joining at an exciting time of growth which will provide great personal development opportunities.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support for all telecom, communication and audio-visual systems across the company, as part of a small team. You will build up a expertise and experience in the wider IT system through peer-related training and external training courses, providing a great structure for your development.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have experience in an IT support function providing support via a ticketing system. Experience with hardware setups and upgrades, for example laptops, will be essential for this role. Alongside this, a good understanding of Active Directory and Virtualisation will be key to your success in this role. Experience with Linux is preferred but internal training can be provided if you do not have hands on experience with Linux.
