Your new role

Purpose: the Principal Architect will oversee a team of three to design and guide the technical delivery of HSBC's Identity and Access Management Solution.

£650 per day (Inside).

ASAP start, running for an initial period of 5 months.

Fully remote - possibly workshops in London office in the region of 1-2 times per month.

Overview of the role

This will entail:

Working with subject-matter experts to design solutions for networking, API management, end-user desktops, collaboration tools, etc.

Contributing to technology strategies and policies.

Developing and testing the business continuity & recovery plan.

Developing the strategy, architecture and design for the integration of our critical platforms using ServiceNow as a front end.

Identifying technical opportunities to reduce cloud costs.

Ensuring that designs put forward by other team members will meet our operational and security requirements.

Maintaining the master architecture documentation.

Supervising a team of three architects, each focussed more specifically on the more detailed work in the following topics: SailPoint, Delinea (PAM) and Secrets management

Key skills required

A background in architecture, design or engineering.

Experience in ServiceNow, Delinea, SailPoint and HashiCorp Vault, or similar technology.

Experience in big data analytics Broad familiarity with enterprise IT operations, including monitoring & alerting, backup & recovery, and identity & access management

Understanding of cybersecurity and computer networking principles.
