Job Description
Barclay Simpson Security is exclusively partnered with a global organisation, business looking for an Information Security Manager to report to the Chief Security Officer and join the leadership team.
As the Regional Information Security Manager, you will lead in implementing global Information Security policy and guidance, provide oversight of associated programmes, and ensure the delivery of the Information Security service partners.
About you?
• Significant and demonstrable experience in Information Security compliance.
• Experience in influencing senior management and implementing major Information Security transformation & culture change programme
• Strong understanding of industry standards and frameworks - including security knowledge across all aspects of ISO 27001 and NIST
• Experience developing and implementing practical information security policies, processes procedures, and standards
• A wealth of experience managing and maintaining a comprehensive Information Security Risk framework
• Exceptional stakeholder relationship management
• Experience of leading and managing a team (both in-house and service partners)
• Ability to articulate technical language to the business.
• Recognised security/risk qualification (CRISC, CISSP, CISM) would be desired but not essential.
Location: City of London
Hybrid working policy, likely to be in the office three days a week on average
Salary Compensation: up to £90,000 base salary
+ Bonus
