About The Team

A successful candidate for this role will work in Digital Intelligence's Singapore Hub, with a focus on delivering and support complex systems to our customers.

About the Role

This person will play a pivotal and crucial role in supporting existing and new customers within the Infrastructure Engineering Team. This role provides technical expertise to the business and clients in understanding the business logic of our product so when it comes to troubleshooting, you will know how to narrow down to the area of concern. To do that effectively, you must have the ability to navigate the system.

The system is extremely complex and physical footprint is easily more than 50 servers per system. You will play a fundamental technical part as every system we build is different in technology and it's always a valuable learning experience

The Systems Consultant is responsible for:

  • Regular interaction with customers with a key focus on ensuring success for our customers
  • Proactive handling of complex projects and supporting those projects implemented.
  • Working with several different system types
  • Contributing to the daily operations and strategic direction of the company's drive for continuous improvement
  • Finding new and better solutions, challenge existing solutions in a professional and constructive manner
  • Share experiences between colleagues aiming on perfecting best practices
  • Working with software engineers to deploy/modify code and software packages regularly


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analytical mind and keen sense of software logic
  • Must act as an effective bridge between developer and end-user.
  • Ability to work in high pressure environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Able to work with little supervision and guidance

Note: This role will require Singapore Government G-50 security clearance
