Our new National Security Account Manager will support our consulting business to maintain and expand relationships with strategically important Australian National Security customers and be passionate about initiatives to protect Australia.

This experienced Canberra based advocate for National Security will contribute to the promotion of our brand and the strategic growth of our business. This is a collaborative role, bringing together the best of our proven FVEY (Five eyes community) transferred capability with organic development by our team of local talented and passionate technology practitioners (with occasional work across multiple time zones).

Reflecting the critical and sensitive nature of our customers, the successful candidate will have more than 7 years' experience in customer business development and account management with a desire to continue to make a difference to their outcomes.

You will already be a trusted partner to one or many of our customers and have initiated acknowledged transformational offerings.

Our preferred candidate is a seasoned professional, recognised for their achievements in growth and development with one or more Australian Defence and/or National Security providers and demonstrated ability in all phases of strategic growth planning and the business capture process.

You will:

  • Hold an Australian Security Clearance (preference NV2/PV)
  • Manage and expand existing relationships with current multi-level security solution clients in Australian and New Zealand
  • Develop and deliver on all elements of ANZ sales plans to achieve success in multi-level offerings of security products, capability and consulting services
  • Co-coordinate pre-sales engineering and technical support to develop capability offerings
  • Lead bid management, proposal development and negotiation of commercial contracts for sales of products and services
  • Report on sales and the account development progress, including bid status, competitive positioning, and delivery risks
  • Provide suggestions to improve market offerings to meet client needs
  • DI commits to constantly innovate to provide our customers with the best tools as they plan to adopt new capabilities and transform operations.
