Summary of Role:

The Selborne Training Equipment Administrator role is responsible to the Raytheon Training Equipment Service Manager, for administration and maintenance of training equipment asset management and planned maintenance records within the Selborne contract.

Main Duties:

• Support Training Equipment Team with general administrative tasks, providing corporate information as well as generating and updating documentation within corporate and the customer domain.
• Data gathering across multiple sites, both remotely and physically on sites.
• Working with asset management databases to maintain up to date information on availability of assets.
• Produce lists of equipment in the required spreadsheet format for and from the asset management database.
• Support the analysis of training equipment data to enable the production of reports.
• Liaise with other departments within Selborne contract to gather data and generate required reports.
• Asset inventory auditing.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential:

Detailed knowledge and practical experience of:

• Advanced Excel Microsoft certification
• Demonstrable experience of applying complex formulas and macros to Excel spreadsheets
• Previous experience of formatting complex word documents and creating forms in Word
• Previous working experience of administrative duties
• Previous working experience of Asset Management
• Accuracy in data importing tasks.
• Full UK Driving License
• Capable of gaining Security Cleared (SC) clearance.

Desirable:
Should have some experience in:

• The management of assets within an MoD equipment environment.
• Experience of working within MoD establishments.
