Your new company

You will be working for a FTSE 100 company, who are still growing and looking to expand their Cyber Security team.

Your new role

As an Information Security Engineer, you will be a part of the team responsible for the Regional Digital Security. Key parts of your role will be:

  • Maintain and configure the digital security tools within the business
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to the IT and SOC team when required
  • Input into plans, policies and provide recommendations to how to deal with the latest threats and attacks
  • Act as a local POC for detecting and remediation of different cyber threats
  • Be involved in risk assessments for the company

What you'll need to succeed

This role is not your standard role. You will need a strong team ethic, can-do attitude, and great interpersonal skills. You will also need the following:

  • Experience with the Microsoft Security suite
  • Strong technical understanding of a range of different tools
  • Experience with InfoSec incident handling
  • SOC experience - preferably at 2nd and 3rd level
  • Experience working in regulated environments
