What you will be doing
Technical Support Analyst required to provide 2nd and 3rd line support for a large construction company. You will be conducting server maintenance as well as resolving desktop support issues for around 4500 users.
What we are looking for
- Microsoft Server (2016/19) maintenance
- VMWare
- Citrix
- Active Directory
- Azure / Symantec Antivirus / Cyber Essentials (beneficial but not essential).
What you'll get in return
c£250 per day (inside IR35)
Fully remote (very occasional travel to Birmingham may be required)
