Portfolio Analyst- Salary £30,000 and £40,000

This a great job for someone who is passionate about monitoring the performance and ensuring money is spent wisely and in line with strategy. This is a pivotal role and will suit an individual that is self-disciplined, self-motivated and able to work in an agile environment.

A bit about the job:

You will provide administrative and analytical support to key deliverables, such as the planning process, demonstrating the ability to deliver the CIO portfolio both for ACS and across the Group.
You will work with a variety of stakeholder to own and maintain a calendar of deliverables, as well as tracking the status of completion of actions assigned to each Programme / Project / Team. You will also support monthly deliverables by working with leads across CIO and track and record progress made against CIO Portfolio

Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft programmes (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • The skills you will need to demonstrate in this role include a growth mindset and be eager to learn, IT literate, be happy to manage different work priorities and have great communication skills.
  • In the role you will work to support the CIO Portfolio planning cycle, monthly CCB process.
  • Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Change management, Dependency management, Financial management experience is highly desirable.
