Portfolio Analyst- National £40,000 and £55,000 London £45,000 and £60,000

A bit about the job:
The Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for monitor the performance of CIO Change Portfolio by ensuring money is spent wisely and in line with strategy, reinforcing accountability for change delivery and providing actionable insights and necessary interventions. Ensuring that ACS CIO investment is allocated to the most important projects and aligned to the refreshed tech strategy.
Overseeing the effective delivery of the portfolio by supporting mobilisation of key initiatives, challenging do-ability, understanding delivery progress and identifying risks and issues, and providing governance over the portfolio.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Must have strong communication skills. Persuasive and articulate, ability to influence and negotiate at senior level, produce executive level outputs under tight deadlines
- Proven track record in successfully operating Portfolio-wide governance with the ability to work with other teams quickly and effectively
- Change management, Dependency management, Financial management experience is a must alongside planning and complex process management skills

- Starting salary between £40,000 and £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
