The role

As an Information Security GRC Analyst, you will join a team responsible for all things security operations, governance, risk, and compliance. You will influence and ensure a culture of information security is embedded across the organisation; therefore, it is essential you develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with all staff to sustain the reputation of the IT team as a professional support function.

Your profile

  • Knowledge and experience creating and maintaining policies, standards, and guidelines related to Information Security
  • Knowledge and experience designing, implementing, and managing third party security risk management practises
  • Knowledge and experience designing, implementing, and managing training and awareness initiatives
  • Knowledge and experience of audit compliance to internal policies, standards, and guidelines, producing and tracking progress of corrective action reports
  • Knowledge and experience conducting risk assessments
  • Knowledge and experience of ISO27001, NIST, CIS, Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials +
  • Experience supporting with projects, and supplier onboarding, ensuring necessary contractual clauses are embedded into contracts
  • Experience supporting with the creation of routine and ad-hoc reports utilising metrics
  • Knowledge and experience achieving and maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, such as DPA, GDPR.


Communication

  • It is essential you can communicate advice clearly and persuasively and can present compelling arguments both written and spoken.
  • You will have experience in building good relationships at all levels across stakeholder groups and partner organisations
  • You will be able to work effectively in cross-functional teams with both business and technical stakeholders
