We are currently seeking a Regional Product Specialist for our Connected Aviation Solutions division.

Technical Sales:
  • Collaborates with Collins sales teams and customers to define and detail the technical aspects of proposed and existing products.
  • Delivers product workshops, product demonstrations, and technical training to customers.
  • Supports technical interchange meetings, sales calls, and answering technical questions throughout the sales process to progress/close sales and develop customer relationships.
  • Maintain an understanding of the client's industry, including industry trends, industry business processes
  • Provides strategic and customer feedback to product teams to support their business transformation priorities
  • Understands the competition in the market and has the knowledge to position Collins's value proposition
  • Collaborates with Collins program teams to drive unmatched customer satisfaction and establishes deep technical account relationships
  • Assist marketing team with the development and deployment of sales tools, collateral and training.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • Prior experience in technical sales or customer facing product or engineering role
  • Prior experience within the Aviation Industry:
    • Technical Operations / Engineering
    • Dispatch / Operations
    • Pilot
    • Safety
  • Skilled in solution selling with the ability to lead and facilitate discovery sessions with customers
  • Ability to effectively showcase and demonstrate Collins's products in a customer facing scenario
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • Previous experience with various airline operational software:
    • Maintenance Control Applications
    • Flight Tracking
    • Flight Planning
    • Flight Scheduling
    • Weather products
    • Electronic Flight Bag
    • Previous training experience and development of training materials
Location:
  • Based in Europe or Middle East region
  • Remote / Hybrid (work from home / part office-based)
Travel:
  • Able to travel within the region; must have a valid current passport
