A fantastic opportunity has come up for a People Systems Delivery Lead to come and join our team. The right individual will have excellent stakeholder management skills and a great level of communication.

We're looking for someone with experience of working with SAAS systems (applications delivered via the internet), integrations and analytics that can quickly upskill to apply those same skills to our HR systems.

A bit about the job:

Working closely with the People Function teams across all Aviva core markets you will be responsible for stakeholder management, business analysis and leading on delivering technical solutions related to our HR systems. Helping to improve employee experience outcomes through IT systems, including pay, performance, recruitment, and learning. You will do this through working with or leading our team of technical experts, other IT teams, the Business and People Function on strategic projects to small enhancements.

You do not need to be a People systems and processes expert but a logical approach and a passion for understanding and improving IT systems is essential.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Internal consultancy and stakeholder management, understanding your audience is key to this role, being able to interpret technical language in a way for someone in the business to understand.
  • Strong Analytic skills, being able to understand the impact of the potential change on the wider system to allow for a fully informed decision, leading to clear requirements.
  • Ability to learn the technical side of at a high level to act as an expert when speaking to the business.
  • Change management and delivery skills.
