Your new role

You will oversee the Cyber Security operations and continue to steer the organisation through their Cyber Security strategy, which they are 2-3 years away from finishing. You will be responsible for a team of around 5 Cyber Security professionals and yourself. You will be the Cyber lead within the organisation, who have a defined strategy and project in place. You will be 'hands on' in the role and be expected to not only oversee the team, but also get involved with implementation yourself. You will be a part of the Senior Leadership team and provide high level presentations and discussions to stakeholders within the business.

What you'll need to succeed

• Fantastic communication skills with strong and effective leadership and people management skills
• Highly developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills suitable for a range of audiences, including chairing of meetings
• Degree in Information Systems or comparable education
• Experience planning and implementing Cyber Security Roadmaps
• Ability to critically analyse highly complex data sets
• Ability to demonstrate pragmatism and understanding of how to implement information security principles to best effect and outcome

What you'll get in return
