Working in an enterprise security team delivering Identity and Access Management solutions using a blend of on–premises and cloud based platforms. This is a software engineering role with the opportunity to grow into an architecture or leadership role in the future.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Utilizing technical knowledge and skills in areas of application development that may include: Java, Angular, C#, .NET, NodeJS, React, Javascript/Typescript, Groovy and/or Python;

  • Driving Agile development methodologies and DevOps and source control tools such as (Azure DevOps, Pipelines, Github/GitLab, Jenkins, AWS Code Deploy, Jira, Confluence, Artifactory,Puppet, Chef, Maven, containers, etc.) to enable continuous development/integration model (CI/CD);

  • Showcasing proficiency in database technologies including SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB and PostgresDB;

  • Orchestrating Microservices to create business APIs and REST API design and creation;

  • Illustrating experience with API and application testing including test automation, load and performance testing;

  • Testing Unit experience such as JUnit, nUnit or MOQ; and,

  • Utilizing configuration management, release management, change management, and issue resolution processes.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

  • Exhibiting knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts such as directory services, SSO, federation, MFA, provisioning, access certification / attestation, roles, SOD, User Flows, Lifecycle Management, Authentication, Authorization, Risk based authentication, Oauth2/OIDC, SAML, WSFED);

  • Demonstrating experience with Identity and Access management product suites;

  • Using feedback and reflection to develop self–awareness, personal strengths and address development areas;

  • Performing as a team member by understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members, proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback, and providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less experienced staff;

  • Coaching/mentoring new hires & developing/presenting training;

  • Possessing hands–on role modeling of advanced engineering practices and leading the team with creative and effective technology solutions.

  • Working with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives;

  • Owning, managing and driving initiatives;

  • Translating overall strategy by being a self–starter and performing work with moderate independence, and reviewing your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance;

  • Using straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing others; and,

  • Showcasing ability to read situations and modify behavior to build quality and diverse relationships.
