We are a supporting a medium sized business in Leicestershire with the recruitment of an IT Infrastructure Manager. This organisation have a brilliant reputation locally and they are pushing for growth through 2023.
Your new role
Reporting into the Head IT you will be part of a small team responsible for maintaining and developing the infrastructure, physical, virtual and cloud based systems. This role is broad in nature and will be hands on at times but will also require the individual to influence change across the business and drive new ideas and concepts. You will also be involved in implementing cyber security requirements and delivering a great customer service to the end-users.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of a cloud migration project and cloud infrastructure knowledge (Azure and AWS) and possess strong Hardware practical skills. Strong general knowledge on IT infrastructure, network and applications based on Microsoft platforms will also be required along with the following:
- Administering O365,
- Azure, Windows Domains and Windows Server technologies
- Knowledge of Azure AppServices, AD, Networks and Virtual Machine
- Knowledge of VMWare o Experience in IIS deployment, security principles and troubleshooting
