Their goal is to make the world a better and fairer place for everyone. At this very moment, they are looking for an ICT Project Manager who will be joining their amazing IT Team.

Your new role

As an ICT Project Manager, you will report to the Information Systems Manager and work alongside with System developers and other ICT members. You will oversee the definition, planning, execution, and day-to-day control of new and service improvement ICT projects from their inception through to delivery of robust solutions which will meet organisational requirements within budget and time.

Project Start-Up and Planning
  • Documenting and maintaining business cases for all new as well as improved/changed projects (service improvement). Overseeing projects' planning, execution, and solutions delivery.
  • Making sure projects follow software implementation best practices, using Agile and Waterfall approaches.


Controlling Projects
  • Ensuring that project documentation is maintained, and projects are delivered within time and budget discussed.
  • Using appropriate project management instruments such as Jira and templates.


Responsibility for Resource
  • Making sure to help shape budgets for projects, keep stakeholders/product owners updated.


Managing Risks, Issues and Requirement Management
  • Identify project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and ensuring that these are effectively and appropriately documented and managed for all assigned projects.
  • Follow requirements engineering good practices.
  • Deliver no code business application prototypes and solutions using Office365 components such as MS Forms, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Power BI.

What you'll need to succeed


Essential
  • Agile Project Management or PMP Practitioner.
  • Relevant Degree - ICT/Computing/Computer Science.
  • Capability of handling several projects (Ensuring projects are effectively delivered within time and budget) and co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Relevant experience working across the whole project lifecycle (e.g., from initiation through to project closure).
  • Capability of understanding requirements engineering discipline and the wider role of business analysis within ICT projects.
  • Excellent ability of communicating with different stakeholders (negotiating, influencing and managing).
  • Capability of understanding multiple facets of ICT, within infrastructure, business applications and service management, including cyber/information security risks.


Desirable
  • Relevant experience on either CRM, ERP, or service management.
  • Capability of using Microsoft Technologies and software project tracking instruments including JIRA Software/Advanced Roadmaps/ or MS Project.
  • Relevant experience working on projects (ETL integrations, e.g., Microsoft SSIS).
