Global player in digital services market - cloud and cyber security - as well as the infrastructure and data centre markets. After sequential years of growth, via organic and acquisitive means, they have c2000 employees, based in London and Africa.
The global people team is recruiting for another international HR Business Partner, based in London to support a London and S. African based population. Reporting to the functional Chief People Officer based in South Africa and Group Head of HR based in London, the international HR Business Partner will work closely with the functional London ExCo. and deliver across the employee lifecycle. Operating in almost a standalone capacity, with links into Centres of Excellence / wider Group based HR initiatives from time to time.
As an international HR Business Partner, you will have proven experience of delivering as a HR Partner in a global, fast paced / change based environment -experience within tech / telecoms will be well received. Given the autonomous / standalone HR element of this role, at times, it is important that you are also comfortable delivering across the entire employee lifecycle, partnering with SLT / ExCo stakeholders as well as delivering hands on ops work.
Remuneration includes a base of c£70,000 and 30% bonus, with 2 days WFH / 3 days in central London offices.
