A job opportunity has arisen for a Programme Coordinator / Project Coordinator to join a rapidly expanding training provider in Swansea. This role is based at a global organisation that provide Technology specific training courses to organisations worldwide. This role offers great scope for career progression plus the opportunity to work on multiple interesting projects.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Programmes, you will provide support to ensure the effective delivery of products and programmes. This includes providing input into the development and maintenance of project plans and information systems, providing programme design support, co-ordinating regular updates, providing financial tracking and tracking progress against project KPIs. You will also provide support into the development of products and training schemes, including relevant research, scoping and proposals for opportunities and the implementation of new projects.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- At least two years' experience working in a project related role
- Proven experience working as a Project Support Officer, Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, PMO Analyst, Programme Coordinator or similar
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Able and willing to travel when required
- If you have a background and/or an interest in Cyber Security, this would be an advantage although it is not essential
- Any background of working in a Public Sector organisation or a training provider would be an advantage although it is not essential
