Your new role
This position is for the Global Engineering Team in Unified Communications to provide technical expertise in the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the company's Unified Communications and Collaborative services environment . This role demands to identify and resolve issues, improve system functionality, effective incident, change, and proactive problem management, drive/handle major incidents, develop. Additionally, t his position is responsible for researching latest in Infrastructure and Unified Communication technologies and be a part of the global team of EC Operations to support technologies

What you'll need to succeed
  • Five years experience in a Unified Communications Engineer role.
  • Ability to provide operational support at a global enterprise level.
  • Experience within the financial sector is preferable.
  • Strong collaborative/vendor management/people ability required.
  • Teams admin experience, and migration from Skype to Teams knowledge.
  • Administration and maintenance of Office 365 Admin Center and Teams Admin center.
  • O365 IM/Audi/Visual Conferencing knowledge.
  • Audio/Video Meeting Room Management - Skype Room Systems, Polycom audio/video, UDM Pro.
  • Sonus/AudioCodes/Tenor/SBA for voice.
  • Zoom, WebEx, SLACK, and any third-party media services technologies
  • Skype / Teams monitoring Tools - CDR, Prognosis, SolarWinds, Nectar
  • Sonus / AudioCodes / Tenor / SBA for voice
  • Experience with on premise Active Directory integration with cloud base Azure AD.
  • Auto-Attendant, Call Queue and Voicemail configurations.
