Our client – a market leader in the healthcare sector looking for a Cyber Security Manager who will be responsible for providing technical advice on Cyber Security related topics and playing a key role in helping us to improve our cyber security operations.

As a Cyber Security Manager in Digital Directorate, will be working with different teams to deliver high–quality work. Responsible to help gain comfort by using your technical knowledge of Cyber Security risks and controls. The role will require you to lead teams on a range of Cyber Security engagements, supporting services to design and assess the effectiveness of their Cyber Security mechanisms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mobilisation of project teams and design of the processes to be followed.
• Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the overall management and performance of the Cyber Security team.
• Provide and receive complex, sensitive information relating to Cyber Security and Corporate issues ensuring the safe operation of the organization's ICT systems.
• Investigate complex Cyber Security inquiries providing assistance & advice as required
• Coordinate Cyber Security incident responses at the organizational level
• Communicate complex ICT and Cyber Security issues to non–ICT managers
• Negotiate with external organizations over service issues and supply chain management
• Leads on Cyber Security issues and compliance in ICT
• Builds relationships with key partners such as NWIS, other health boards and third–party suppliers.

Who we are looking:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in an IT–based role preferably in a security–related area.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT–related discipline.
• Strong knowledge and experience in a number of the following: Information Security, architecture design and implementation, security assessments, Identity and Access Management, Third Party Risk Management and IT Controls Testing.
• Must have professional qualification in one of the following: Certified Information systems security professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• Experience in managing teams and strong communicator (Written and verbal).
