Your new role
As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be a member of team of a global [predominantly Europe and US] network of Security Specialists supporting both local and geographically broader business facing operations, IT, and the Digital Security function, with a focus on mitigating and reducing the threat levels within the business related to Digital services.
The Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for the tuning and maintaining the Digital Security tooling at a regional level and supporting Cyber Incident Management. As such you will be expected to have a technical understanding and be familiar with all tooling, security principles and security architecture, as well as being able to use the capabilities to ensure our clients' security compliance.
You will be expected to input into security plans, policies, and procedures for a variety of potential threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents. In this position you will be expected play an active role in the delivery cyber security projects.
The successful individual will be able to provide 2nd and 3rd level support to the SOC, and IT, when security incidents are identified.

What you'll need to succeed
- A knowledge of the Microsoft security stack
- Expertise in deploying solutions towards a Zero Trust environment
- Experience in leading a multi-functional team that works across borders
- Proficiency in a wide range of information security technologies including e-mail protection, active directory hardening, network hardening, firewall optimisation, data backup and restoration, end point security and so on
- Hands on experience in IT Security Incident Response and investigation
- Experience of working in accredited environments
- Possession of professional certifications and membership in professional associations is highly desirable (e.g., CISSP, ISO27000 certification, CISM, CEH, NCSC, CCP)
