A field based role operating within areas defined by the Company for multiple clients. The provision of Security Engineering services at social sector, private, new build and commercial sites. Responsible for the quality delivery of day–to–day Engineering activities in the field including attendance at allocated reactive service calls, planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) works, repairing or reporting faults and effective verbal communications between customers and the HO Administration team. Reports for accurate quotations in repair, safety compliance, upgrades and maintenance. Maintaining services to clients high expectations. Liaison with administration team to completed arrange planned and reactive calls. Rota cover for emergency and out of hours call out (1 in 6, allowance & OT payable). Ensure the company meets it obligations and adheres to guidelines, recommendation and regulations laid down by the professional bodies we subscribe to SSAIB, NSI, etc. Key Skills & Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Security industry in respect to regulation, guidance, safety, equipment and systems. Door entry, access control, CCTV Accuracy, attention to detail and tenacity. Excellent organisation. Ability to work alone and responsibly in the field. An excellent knowledge of products & systems to allow you to operate as a service Engineer within the security industry particularly (Door Entry, CCTV, Access Control ). Proficient in Microsoft packages for completion of admin in the field. Familiarity with Tesseract or X–drive would be beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
