You will be working with a leading organisation in the utilities industry that is based in South Wales.

Your new role

You will assist the team with corresponding with internal and external stakeholders, the Cyber Security Department and the wider business. You will be working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient service including organising meetings and accurate minute taking.

The role will involve reaching out to vendors to check their security is robust and whether it poses any risks. The right person needs to have really good communication skills, not afraid to challenge and confident to speak to stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Happy to be on site in Cardiff at least once a week
  • You will have worked in a Project Administrator role previously, ideally with some experience in Technology and Cyber security.
  • Able to manage projects at a level that requires minimal supervision
  • Previous experience of working as an Administrator in a busy environment
  • Ability to support a wide team of stakeholders
