IAM Enterprise Architect

18 month contract

GBP850/day overall assignment rate to umbrella

Location agnostic – hybrid working model

Leading financial services company are looking for an Enterprise Architect who specialises in IAM

IAM Architect:

• Previous technical experience in developing and delivering strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) programmes and deliveries to implement role–based identity management and access management capabilities
• Experience working on transformational projects in a technical IAM SME/Solution Architectural role for major companies
• Ability to understand existing 'As Is' IAM architecture and processes to help inform the transition roadmap to the Strategic 'To Be' solution
• Experience working with multiple third parties and partners with complex relationships to feed into and help shape and define implementation delivery activities and plans and deliver against them
• Experience with vendor selection RFI and RFP processes including inputting into the capture, definition and documentation of requirements
• Experience creating High and Low Level design documentation and supporting and feeding into the wider infrastructure/solution architecture community
• Must be a driven delivery focused individual with a good attention to detail to ensure the right outcomes are delivered
• Support the programme in understanding and defining organisation wide integration impacts and provide SME guidance to the business change, application and operational teams
• Feed into the test management teams to support implementation test strategy, approach, plans and testing activity
• Ability to identification, react and mitigate technical and project related issues quickly to protect project outcomes, deliverables and timelines
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the project team, stakeholders and technical & architectural teams through workshops, presentations and one to ones
• Able to work effectively, build relationships and establishing strong and effective teams
