Your new role
This is a remote opportunity where you will be responsible for communication, support, and delivery of the business's technology to their customers. You will need to have excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain products in a clear way, with the ability to also ensure customers receive their technical support, ideally on a first fix basis.

Your new role

- Interface with customer contacts and maintain technical relationships by providing technical support and guidance.
- Manage the installation and deployment of the business's technology with customers.
- Communicate technology concepts to customers in an easy-to-understand way.
- Provide testing support to customers as required.
- Join the business development side of the business to help demonstrate the technology to new customers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the following technical requirements:
- 4+ Years' Experience with Linux and IP-based Networking
- Strong skills with Python, Bash, Ansible and/or Rust
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working within Cyber Security/Rail industry (Bonus)
- Hard working/Can do attitude.
