We are currently recruiting for a Platform Manager (Salesforce) to join our Global Platforms team and lead our Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE). This role is covered by our smart working policy which means a combination of working from home and travel to your nearest Aviva office.

A bit about the job:
As the Platform Manger, you will lead a team of platform engineers and specialists to provide technical direction, governance, project support and strategic advice on our Salesforce instances. As the leader in the Salesforce CoE, you will lead the definition and implementation of the Salesforce roadmap as well as help shape emerging developments in Salesforce.

We would love you to be part of our Platform Salesforce team, developing Salesforce in Aviva. The Salesforce team is part of the Global Platform team that provide IT maintenance, support, and software delivery mechanisms to ensure the Aviva business has reliable and trusted services and can move forward in its digital aspirations.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Experience with using Salesforce suite of products, including overseeing solution design and implementations
  • Strong experience with developing and implementing Salesforce strategy at an enterprise level, developing and implementing guidance and governance for use of the platforms
  • Currently operating in (and ideally developing) a Centre of Excellence function
  • Stakeholder management, working across all levels of a complex, large organisation
  • Experience working with the Salesforce organisation and third-party solution integrators in a hybrid working environment

What you'll get for this role:
  • Salary between £75,000 - £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
