Technical Director of Forensic Technology & eDiscovery – London – 80-100k

As an individual, you will be at the forefront of the delivery of client engagements through the service provided by the Forensic Technology & eDiscovery teams, displaying expert knowledge of Digital Forensics and the eDiscovery.
 

Responsibilities as the Director of Forensic Technology & eDiscovery:
 
  • Provide advice and solutions to clientele relating to data management and preservation for a variety of ESI’s
  • Be hands-on in leading the forensic data collection, handling, and analysing aspects of investigations
  • Completely manage eDIscovery investigations from start to finish of the EDRM process using Relativity
  • Provide training to new members of the team and maintain high standards of operational procedures
  • Continuously liaise with external and internal stakeholders while planning multiple workflows to progress active client matters
  • Independently create quality risk management and project management insight over a range of different workstreams and projects
  • Be able to travel nationally and internationally depending on the needs of the company
 

Requirements as the Director of Forensic Technology & eDiscovery:
 
  • 8+ years of experience in Digital Forensics (preferably in a leading consultancy)
  • Track record of coaching and mentoring fellow colleagues
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills
  • Technical proficiency in at least one but not limited to, Forensic disciplines: investigations, collection & preservation, production (using Relativity), review & analysis, assessment and processing
  • eDiscovery expertise with a full understanding of the EDRM
  • Technical proficiency using some of the eDiscovery-related tools such as Relativity, NUIX, and Brainspace
  • Expert using Forensic tools such as but not limited to EnCase, Cellebrite & BlackBag
  • As a person, have an entrepreneurial desire to progress while providing empathy to client matters
