Your new company
Assist with the installation, operation, development and maintenance of all the ICT systems throughout the organisation. Assist the ICT Hub Managers/ ICT Network and Support Manager with prioritising staff workloads, as well as documenting systems and record keeping. Ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operation of all systems and providing in depth technical support to all users including maintaining specialist equipment, carrying out installations, repairs and upgrades.

Your new role

• Provide 1st and some 2nd line operational and technical support to all users of the ICT systems ensuring a smooth efficient service with a primary focus of detecting, troubleshooting and resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
• Assist with managing the helpdesk, ensuring tickets are correctly recorded, tracked and being resolved within a reasonable timescale and are assigned to the relevant ICT team members.
• Assist with maintaining the security of all ICT systems supported ensuring necessary precautions are taken against threats and that all users are educated on the importance of cyber security.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, printers, telephones, network hardware, audio visual equipment and other peripheral equipment.
• Provide advice and assistance on how to use the equipment and systems at the organisation.
• Tracking the booking, loan and return of portable resources, and ensuring they remain in operational condition.

What you'll get in return

• Day rate of £200.
• Monday - Friday work schedule.
• 6 month contract with the possibility to be made permanent for the right applicant.
