Job Description:

IAM Data Architect required for the Access Management Programme to lead data architect designs to create build builds data models to fulfil the strategic data needs of the Access Management Programme in accordance with the policies and standards set out by the Chief Data Office.

The main responsibilities and requirements of the Data Architect include but not limited to:

• Deep Data Architecture experience in enterprise scale, big data environments,
• Expert knowledge of Identity and Access Management data technologies,
• Expert knowledge of Data Security practices,
• Expert knowledge of big data technologies,
• Extensive experience devising data strategies for hybrid (on–premise and Cloud) environments,
• Experience of Microservices based architectures.
• Experience in design, build and delivery of data warehouses, analytics platforms, data lakes, event sourced systems,
• Extensive hands–on software engineering background, agile development, and CI/CD pipelines,
• Good knowledge of market leading data technologies and solutions,
• Strong documentation and excellent stakeholder management skills,
• Ability to understand and challenge technical designs and configurations,
• Ability to lead data engineering teams and software developers,
• A willingness to work 1–2 days per week in the office.
