What is the role?
As an Information Assurance Consultant, you will be required to provide hands-on Information Assurance (IA) consultancy services across a range of requirements such as Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and would be reporting to the Information Assurance Capability Lead.

Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:

  • Supporting the growth of PGI’s domestic information assurance consultancy business in line with internationally recognised standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and NCSC. Conduct consultancy work, including supporting PGI’s Data Protection (GDPR), Cyber Maturity, and PCI DSS consultancy work. Contribute towards the maintenance of PGI’s own accreditations, including its ISO accreditations. Sustaining your own consultancy credentials through the maintenance of appropriate certifications and keeping up to date with security industry trends and best practices.

What we’re looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience in an Information Assurance position. An ISO certification such as ISO27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to present to clients to a high standard. Experience in/knowledge of the PCI DSS standard. Ability to work to deadlines in challenging environments, maintaining a positive approach to problem-solving and possessing effective time management skills. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality deliverables.
