A leading Utilities organisation is looking for an Information Security Manager to join their team based in Durrington, which is close to Worthing. The organisation is about to embark on a £106 million transformation programme which is incredibly exciting. There's a real buzz across the business.

Your new role
As the Information Security Manager, you will be a part of an exciting journey of IT and Security transformation. You will provide technical and managerial leadership to the Information Security team and support the cyber and OT security programme. In the role you will find a good mix of IT and OT as you manage the cyber risk and support the safety and security of the organisation and their customers. You will drive resiliency (people process and technology) to allow the business to operate efficiently and deliver on their objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent IT/Cyber technical skills, strong managerial skills, and the ability to drive outcomes, often during difficult situations and conversations. You will be able to communicate at all levels with strong presentation skills. You will have a minimum of 7 years IT experience, 5 in an information security role. You will be analytical and adaptable, and your experience and certificates should include:

• CISSP or CISM certifications
• NIS and/or ISO2700*
