You will be employed by the largest defence contractor in Europe, a leading supplier of cyber, intelligence and security capabilities.
Your new role
You will provide first-hand response to air traffic control regarding flight emergencies, taking a concise and accurate record, forwarding details immediately onto the company's security control, communications and all relevant external agencies.
You will be expected to operate a multi-line switchboard, navigating inbound calls/emails to the appropriate team in a timely manner.
You will be expected to make prompt connections, providing quality information to internal staff, external organisations and members of the public in a professional manner.
You will carry out administrative tasks to ensure the directory is up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be an organised individual with a wealth of experience in call handling/customer service.
You will inhabit the ability to work proactively and efficiently to ensure any task at hand is completed to meet tight deadlines.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, being able to multitask and have impeccable time management skills.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be working on a temporary basis for a very well established organisation. This is an ongoing temporary contract. You will be working on shift patterns between the hours 7am and 7pm. The office is based in Warton. There is free onsite parking. You will be paid £12.57 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.
