The Role You will be in the Utilities domain & consulting team in UK collaborating with internal and customer teams consisting of domain experts, customer side Product Owner, Scrum Master, Solution Architect, Data & Integration Architect and Scrum Team members. As the successful applicant you will support various project activities such as Start–up/Discovery to In–flight phases for Cyber Security a for leading utility enterprises in UK. Duties & Responsibilities: The Role support various project activities range from Start–up/Discovery to In–flight phases, Conduct subject research including interviewing SMEs and Project Team, Prepare and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders, Apply Design Thinking, Service Design, and Product focused techniques to understand current processes, user profiles, and prioritising needs, confirm problem statements, and identify opportunities and Minimum Viable Product/Solution, Understand the as–is business processes, conduct Gap Analysis and recommend any improvements, Produce As–Is and To–Be processes and mapping, Work with SMEs, Solution Architects and Product Owners to capture outcomes and requirements in the forms of Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification, Epics, Product Backlog and User Stories based on the project requirements within agile framework, Add value during Sprint – Review Sessions to show and tell the work done in the last sprint to the required project/business stakeholders, Develop roadmaps in association with project team, Identify and document business risks and risk mitigations, Playback the requirements to development teams and provide clarifications, Perform option analysis and document findings using given template to prepare and produce Project Investment Papers, Support Project Team to scope out next phase of requirement activities, Skills & Experience Experience in Information Technology role with experience in Cyber Security and business system analysis. Knowledge of Requirements Gathering process, creating features and user stories, backlog refinement process, Business documents (BLDs, FLDs etc.), Good knowledge about IT & Cyber Security terminologies, Understanding of security principles gained through experience or in an IT context, Experience in integrating IT Services with Security services and Operational services e.g., SLAs, Operational processes, Vendor relationships, Strong written and spoken communication and able to facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels, Excellent presentation skills Knowledge on common non–functional requirements for a given project, Extensive experience in operating in different project phases (ranges from Discovery to Post Implementation support), conducting option analysis and documentation of investment case and other artefacts as required. Experience of working within complex project matrix environments, with both internal and 3rd party resources, Experience in Agile and scaled agile framework.
