I am working with a leading telecommunications company currently looking for a Cyber Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Power BI, APIs, data sources, dashboards, and metrics, as well as automation.

As a Cyber Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing data related to cyber threats and providing insights to help drive their security decisions. You will work closely with the Cyber Security team to identify key areas of focus and develop reports and dashboards to track progress towards these goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets related to cyber security incidents and identify trends and insights
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to track key metrics related to cyber security
• Work with the Cyber Security team to identify data needs and develop data solutions that support our security goals
• Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of our security reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools and techniques in the Cyber Security field and make recommendations for improvement

Skills

• Worked within the Cyber Security domain
• Experience in dealing with complex platforms and large sets of data
• PowerBI skills
• Working with large analytics or data lake platforms such as Arcsight
• Experience in defining and developing Cyber KRIs
• Hands on automation, coding and working with APIs

Contract Details

• Up to 500 inside IR35
• 6 month contract
