Beaumont are partnered with a Top 200 Legal firm, with around 250 members of staff, who due to growth are looking to appoint a Compliance Manager to sit between the Head of Compliance and the Head of Onboarding. You'd be involved in helping enhance the current processes and procedures, with a focus on advising and consulting internal stakeholders on best regulatory practice to grow the business long term.

About You:

• Worked in a Compliance/Regulatory setting for a Law firm, ideally at Manager level or at Officer level with sole responsibility for the regulatory function

• Ability to advise, understand and implement effective policies and processes to guide the firm to a stronger best practice

• Self motivated, willing to role your sleeves up to work within a strong compliance team to aid the firms long term strategies.
