Do you have experience of working in a commercially focused or Marketing Compliance Role, with expert knowledge of FCA financial promotions rules? Are you looking for a role where you can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively? If so, we have a brand new opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Compliance Partner.

As the Marketing Compliance Partner, you'll have first line of defence responsibility for approving all consumer facing marketing materials and communications. You'll work closely with the Risk and Compliance team as well as the wider business to enhance team knowledge and refine compliance processes and policies. You'll review and issue approval for marketing materials in accordance with compliance requirements, internal policies and external regulations and legislation. You'll also oversee the department risk register and provide training to the wider business on the financial promotions process.

Requirements

You'll be the perfect person for us if you have:
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry and the regulatory framework
  • Expert knowledge of the FCA Financial Promotions rules
  • Expert knowledge of the ASA, CAP and BCAP advertising codes
  • A proven track record of working in a commercially focused Financial Promotions/Marketing Compliance role
  • the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Resilience and flexibility, with the ability to cope under pressure
  • Good decision making skills
