Are you ready to lead and transform the future of IT at one of Sweden's most reputable food companies? Lantmännen Cerealia is looking for an experienced, visionary and strategic CIO to drive our IT advancements in the food industry through hands-on leadership and effective execution.

This is what you will do

As the Chief Information Officer at Lantmännen Cerealia, you will lead our IT and Process function, driving and implementing the established IT and process strategy in close cooperation with our business.

In your role, you will center your efforts on various critical areas within business IT such as process governance, analytics, and master data management. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing Business IT projects, notably leading a comprehensive cloud transformation initiative for our business IT platform.

As a leader, you will coach and motivate your team, effectively turning strategy into action through clear expectations and deliverables. You will foster a collaborative environment and encouraging innovation and achieving shared organizational goals.

You will work closely with various departments to gain insights into their challenges, with the overarching goal of enhancing productivity and efficiency through IT solutions. You will have multiple stakeholders within Cerealia as well as on Group IT level. Additionally, as a member of the Lantmännen Cerealia leadership team, you will actively contribute to shaping the company's strategic direction and enable performance, promoting execution, and achieving tangible results.

This position is based in Stockholm or Malmö, requiring occasional travel. You will report directly to the CEO of Cerealia.

This is what you need to succeed
You have:
  • At least 10 years experience of working in leading positions within IT.
  • Experience as a member of a business leadership team, contributing to the plan, agenda, and overall business strategy with a broader perspective.
  • A genuine commercial interest and willingness to get to know the business that you support.
  • A proven track record in leading successful IT transformation projects and driving change initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of Business IT, ERP systems, and process governance. Experience with M3 and ERP in the Cloud are considered to be meritable.
  • Experience from and able to navigate in a multi-country & function matrix organization.
  • An academic degree in relevant field.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
