Your new role
The key purpose of this role is to optimise the organisation's use of the cloud systems and platforms. You will play a crucial role in supporting various teams, managing external supplier contracts, optimising system functionality, overseeing system integration, and ensuring the security and stability of the organisations' business systems - key responsibilities include;
- Support and work with the Technology Manager to provide expert support to various departments in understanding and utilising different systems and platforms.
- Work closely with different teams to understand their requirements and ensure they maximise the functionality of the systems and platforms they use.
- Responsible for day-to-day management of the cloud and server-based systems and their contracts (including all finance and HR applications)
- Conduct regular performance reviews of systems and help identify opportunities for optimisation
- Support the ongoing integration of business systems with technology infrastructure
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrable experience of supporting a variety of business systems that include HR Systems, Salesforce and finance applications
- Experience of optimising systems
- Ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure systems comply with the Data Protection Act, GDPR and Cyber policies
- Experience of managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators
- Experience of leading technology projects
