The Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all compliance programs within the organization. This role involves ensuring that the company adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to betting and gaming. The Compliance Officer also works closely with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.

- Monitor and interpret relevant regulatory requirements and ensure the company's policies and procedures comply with all applicable laws and regulations set by the relevant authorities in the countries where the Company is licensed to operate.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external auditors.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in betting and gaming compliance.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure effective risk management.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee internal audits and investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees to promote awareness and understanding of regulatory obligations.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities as required.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations, and report findings to senior management.
What profile we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the betting, gaming, or financial services industry.
- Have a good command of writing and speaking both Greek and English.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices in the betting and gaming industry, will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
- High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the company's values and regulatory obligations.
