Responsibilities:

• Within the business group Freudenberg Filtration Technologies, you take the global responsibility for governance, risk management, information security, contract management and compliance
• You identify, develop, define and implement GRC (governance, risk & compliance) sustainable structures and processes
• In this context, you implement control mechanisms and regular reporting, and take over the planning, execution and management of audits and ad hoc controls
• To increase awareness of compliance-relevant topics, you define and implement measures
• You systematically analyze and assess business risks, and monitor the effectiveness of the measures introduced

Qualifications:

• You own a successfully completed Master's degree with a focus on business administration, law or comparable
• You possess 5 to 7 years professional experience comparable to the above described function
• Certifications of your compliance skills strengthens your profile
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills are required
• You combine strong communication skills with intercultural competence
• Fluent English and German language skills round off your profile
