What You will be responsible for

• Vulnerability scanning
• Vulnerability assessment and prioritisation
• Configuring vulnerability detection tools
• Preparing reports presenting risks and vulnerabilities in the environment
• Periodical review of systems configuration
• Evaluation and recommendation about vulnerability scanners
• Preparation and maintenance of services documentation
• Ensuring that environment is well protected
• Working along other teams to solve the security-related problems

Our Requirements

• Interest in IT security, network and server administration technologies
• network knowledge and understanding of basic concepts
• Experience in any of the scripting languages (Powershell, Python etc.)
• Basic knowledge of security terminology
• Knowledge of vulnerability terminology (CVE, CWE, CPE, CAPEC etc.)
• Understanding of Vulnerability Management Life Cycle and why it matters
• Ability to present technical data to non-technical people
• Highlighting the risks and creating roadmaps how it can be mitigated
• Proactive approach in finding improvements or possibilities for automation
• B2 level (or higher) of spoken and written English including technical vocabulary
• Willingness to learn new technologies and do some hands-on testing

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with analyzing cyber threats
• Basic understanding of vulnerability scanners (Tenable Nessus, Qualys etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems
• Understanding of compliance/hardening
• Security related certificates, such as: CompTIA Security +, CySA+ etc.
• Technology certificates such as: SC-200, MS-500 etc.
• Other certificates which proof knowledge in field of security and technology administration
