As a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager at HelloFresh, you will join our Global Finance team and play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and managing risks across the organization. With your experience in risk management, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on HelloFresh's risk management processes, ensuring a data-driven and proactive approach to risk analysis, mitigation and its integration into decision-making processes. With your skills and expertise, you will assist the business in implementing controls and enhancing processes to remediate audit findings.
What you'll do
  • Conduct the bi-annual early warning risk assessments including: reviewing risk, conducting risk aggregations calculations.
  • Maintaining the risk manual, risk policies and all other risk-related documentation.
  • Conducting stress tests and scenario simulations Group-wide using methodology such as Monte Carlo simulations.
  • Preparation of risk reporting for external and internal stakeholders including to the board of directors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Tech and Marketing to identify and assess operational and strategic risks and to implement controls and optimize processes.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders on the implementation of remediation actions as agreed with our internal and external auditors.
  • Coaching and development of internal stakeholders onrisk management methodology and internal control systems
What you'll bring
  • Degree in business, economics, mathematics, statistics, or similar.
  • 5-7 years of risk management & controls experience.
  • Demonstrated practical experience in early risk detection systems as per IDW PS 340 & 981 and in the application of risk assessment methodologies, such as Monte Carlo simulations.
  • Relevant experience in implementation of management controls.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and execute independently multiple tasks and projects within adjusting and defined timelines
  • Practical experience in governance frameworks in a business (i.e., COSO, ISO 31000)
  • Relevant certifications is a plus (CIA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CRMA, CRISC, CISA, or other relevant certifications)
  • Excellent coordination and cooperation skills;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced team atmosphere
  • Strong presentation and report writing skills.
  • Hands-on attitude and the ability to take ownership of the tasks and outcomes.
  • Process-oriented and problem-solving attitude, strong organization skills and hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, additional European language is a plus.
