Salary: £26,604 - £31,017 (depending on experience)

Hours: 37.5 per week

The Role and Person

Based at 80 Billing Road on our Northampton site, you will manage the clinical administration processed within the division ensuring high quality and responsive service to clinical leads. Support the implementation of innovative processes and procedures to improve patients, families, carer's outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deploy administration resources effectively. Monitoring and improving the efficiency and quality of the services (practice, procedures and systems) provided.
  • Lead on continuous improvement for the administration function, identify and resolve any obstacles which hinder the day to day ability of the business administration team to deliver.
  • Communicating and working collaboratively with stakeholders within the division and across the Charity, building positive working relationships, utilising expertise to deliver high standards of service.
  • Management and development of Clinical admin team (approx. 10) including; absence and performance management, supervision and development.
  • Manage divisional governance, support divisional assurance taking responsibility for allocated Points of Assurance, raising issues through governance structures and minutes of governance meetings.
  • Collate and distribute outcomes and performance data to support continuous improvement of patient care.
  • Ensure that governance documentation (QIPR presentation, QiP, Risk Register, Datix logs, complaints etc. ) are up to date and available

This is a varied role in a busy environment, with changing timescales to which you must react. You will be expected to be flexible, work both as part of a team and independently, and possess a high degree of organisational skills.
